For privacy questions or requests concerning information you have submitted, use the contact form. No email address is displayed on this site.
Information submitted through the contact form
The form asks for your name, email address and message so Lastta can answer questions, consider correction requests and respond to editorial feedback. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to respond to a message you chose to send. We rely on legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) to respond to enquiries. Analytics is processed only after you opt in, on the basis of consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using Cookie settings.
Service providers and recipients
Contact messages are transmitted through Resend, our email delivery provider, and delivered to the Lastta mailbox. Website hosting and email service providers may process technical data needed to provide their services.
If you accept analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-H3QE92954Y). Google receives page-view and session information, browser/device details and approximate location for site measurement. Google says IP addresses from visitors in the EEA are used to derive location and discarded before logging. The tag is blocked unless you accept; advertising storage and Google Signals are disabled in the site tag. See Google’s information about data collected from sites using Google services.
Resend and Google may process data under their respective terms and privacy documentation. Google Analytics settings are configured separately in the analytics property.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and manage the enquiry, and longer only where a legal claim or obligation requires it. Analytics data retention is controlled by the settings in the Google Analytics property. The form does not create a marketing list.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing. To make a request, use the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD.
External resources
Some guide pages load product images from external maker or retailer websites. When your browser requests those images, the hosting provider may receive technical information such as your IP address. Links to external sites are opened at your choice and are governed by those sites’ own privacy notices. Lastta fonts and core page assets are served locally. No contact-form contents are sent to Google Analytics.
Changes
This notice must be reviewed when the form, providers, analytics, cookies or other website features change.
